Meet The Rech Center Staff
Bonnie has been teaching ZUMBA at The Rech Center for 12 years! Whether you are a regular or a newbie you will always feel welcome and no doubt have FUN!.
In 2004 Kelly's dream of opening her own dance studio came true!  She chose the name, The Rech Center for Performing Arts to honor her parents who always encouraged her to work hard and follow her dreams.  Kelly began dancing at age 3, and as she grew older and her love for dance grew, she attended numerous conventions and master classes locally and in NYC.  Her professional career began at 17 when she was cast as a dancer and model in her first industrial commercial.  Kelly was a member of the Philadelphia 76ers Dance Team where she made many appearances and was in music videos. Kelly was also a principal dancer in a modern dance company in Philadelphia, Opus 1.  Her professional dance career then took her to Atlantic City where she performed in shows at Trump Taj Mahal, Harrahs, The Claridge, Showboat, Resorts, and the world famous, "Legends in Concert" at Ballys Park Place.  In 2000, Kelly was chosen to be the face of the new Bally's Wild West Casino as "Coyote Kate".  Her picture appeared throughout the casino, around Atlantic City and on billboards in the tri-state area.  During her career Kelly had the opportunity to perform in the Miss America and Miss New Jersey pageant productions. She later became the director of the Miss Mercer County pageant. Kelly holds a BS in Special Education and Dance Education from West Chester University. Kelly's many experiences have helped her create a studio that not only provides a dance education for students to pursue their careers in dance in college and beyond.  Her studio also provides opportunties for dancers to learn and grow as people.  The family like environment allows dancers the comfort to showcase their stregths and work on their weakness.  Not all dancers at The Rech Center will go on to become professional dancers; however, they will all go on to become adults.  Kelly feels it is important to foster our youth to become not only the best dancers they can be, but the best humans they can be! At The Rech Center, dancers will learn lessons they will carry with them for a lifetime!
Miss Leia is certified to teach our advanced level classes and is a choreographer for our Elite Team. Leia enjoys challenging her students through improv exercises and stresses the importance of being physically fit. Leia not only focuses on strong technique but also encourages her dancers to express emotion through their movement.
Miss Nikki is a certified PreK Dance In structor. Nikki currently teaches our PreK - 5th grade level classes.  She feels the most exciting part of working with the Rech Center dancers is watching them smile, laugh and make new friends in their dance classes. Nikki is also so proud  of their performances at the recital.
